Platinum Point Yacht Club offers many activities for members. The variety of social programs is extensive.

There are grill nights where members share a dish and grill their favorite meat or fish on one of the club's barbecues in back. Other times there are "Sunset Socials" where appetizers are shared with friends over a table.

The premier social event of the year is the Commodore's Ball where members enjoy a gala evening of fine dining and dancing.

Additionally there are theme nights throughout the year and special events including:

Holiday dinners, lobster bakes, Ladies luncheons, and musical groups.
